Despite the fact that the front lights look like they are not at the right place (that is: behind the grill), it is a Peugeot 402 "MK4" from 1936-38.

Yes, it is the MK4, the light truck version of the Peugeot 402. This one has a wider body in order to seat three persons abreast, thus the headlights were moved from the grill to the fenders.
