It is an Ihle, but it has a different model name.

Looks that is a ILHE Sport Car made in 1955 with a body of Fiberglass imitating the MERCEDEs 300

That is close enough for a point. It is the Ihle Kinder-Sport-Auto (children's sport car) and was meant to resemble the Mercedes-Benz 300 SL.
