Yes and no. I took the puzzle picture from a contemporary magazine which was for sale and can still be found online, but I was not able to find any other online information.

Hapsburg - the other model being offered is a Goggomobil Dart. Seems like a hoax or scam to me, but it's unusual to see such a case reported in detail in a large automobile magazine

Somebody should make a directory of marques which were either totally fictional (like the above) or created as scams (the Dale comes to mind). Would make an interesting subject for an article.

There's a guy written a couple of motoring books would be the ideal author - his name's Scott Barrett..!

Books? Not me! I have a couple in the planning stages (don't we all?) but as with everything else the day job takes up all my time.... though I can't grumble as the day job is also writing about old cars. There must be a fair number of these... Pseudo-cars on the AP database...
