I've evidence of a couple of very very very similar cars made by Allemano, but provided that all were styled by Michelotti, there can be more than one of the same family.
Another model that I found in my archive and is very similar to this one (but with single fog-lamp) is by Canta. Is it?

Yes! It's a Canta-bodied Fiat 1200

This is a 1957 1100/103 E TV, so probably a few months older.
