1922 24 Hours of the Netherlands, organized by the A.S.C.(Amsterdamse Sport Club) Olympia and the driver is Holland’s Sizaire et Naudin importer, Mr. F.W.G. Metelerkamp Cappenberg.

You may be correct ropat, but it seems, to me, to be rather odd that a vehicle would be entered in an event in 1922, when the manufacturing company was liquidated in 1921.  Rather, I would guess that the puzzle car was created as a model introduction at the Paris Motor Show (Salon de l'Automobile), perhaps as early as the exhibition of October 1919.

Well, according to my source the event I'm looking for is from 1920, so it's not 1922 24hours of Netherland.
...in a certain way, mixing your answer, you'd get the right one.
