It is a 1930 BNC Type 527 Voiturette with a Ford V8-60 flathead (one source says it was Instaled around 1943-44) and raced by by George Caswell and Otto Linton in the first Watkins Glen road races in 1948, finishing 8th overall, 4th in class. It could be also called  Caswell BNC.
