Thanks for the lock.  After several hours of rather fruitless searching, I just hope that I can do something with it.

Although, given the picture quality, I can't be sure, I think the puzzle vehicle is a small crew cab pickup truck.  The puzzle vehicle looks like a mishmash of various Kia Rio (Pride) facelifts. SAIPA used to license the Kia Rio, but no longer does, and  SAIPA has made a small pickup on a licensed Kia Rio (Pride) chassis, but it doesn't look anything like the puzzle vehicle, and anyway I can't find anything regarding a crew cab.  SAIPA has a new model pickup called the SAIPA 151, but, as far as I can tell, it is just a conventional cab.  If there is a crew cab version it is probably numbered something like a SAIPA 15?.

I did finally find an exporter offering a a SAIPA crew cab pickup, but the one picture that he shows indicates the it only looks vaguely similar to the puzzle vehicle, although it is close enough to indicate that it might be a cosmetically refreshed model, or that the puzzle car might be the cosmetically refreshed model.  At any rate, since I don't have any better choices, I will go with the only crew cab model name I can find, and call the puzzle vehicle a: SAIPA Rich.

I's sorry Pal, even though your new photo is much better, I've spent several more hours on this and am just not getting anywhere.  As I said before, the puzzle car looks like a mashup of several Kia models (old Kia Rio grille, new Kia Soul roofline and side windows, and new Kia Picante sculptured sides & headlights).  I don't see anything on the SAIPA website that looks even close, although the SAIPA 132 and the SAIPA Tiba have some similarities.

I'll try one more guess, and if I am incorrect (and I think I will be) you had better unlock it for the rest of the crew.  For my last guess, I'll say the puzzle car is a proposal for a face lifted SAIPA 132
(SAIPA 133?).
