Note the yurt on the radiator. Called the Amirbek. Good find Thorax. I'm having a bad spell at the moment, can't solve a thing!

To answer Arunas's question, yes it is only a rendering.
But the point goes to thorax for correctly identifying this car as the Attila from Kazakhstan.
