An interesting pair from Britain:
L is a Barnard Formula Six Junior kart racer from the sixties, #19 is a commercial van with a body by W. J. Pullen Ltd, supplied to the customer in 1919 – both were manufactured in the town of Sittingbourne, Kent.

May I ask if the proposed pairing of X-3 is correct?  I know the identity of both photos, but the connection seems a bit iffy.

I was afraid that that was going to be your reply.  My second choice for an X paring is X-20, but this paring seemed even more iffy.  Is this the paring that you had in mind?

Gee Gerd, I really can't find out anything about the beach buggy except for an eBay ad, which gives very little information except that it is GRP, and fits a VW.  I know a bit more about the yacht, beside the posted ad, but not much.  The yacht is steel, and built by DEVO in Hellevoetsluis.

My connection of both being made in The Netherlands was only speculation, but, if this is correct, I will go a bit further and speculate that perhaps the beach buggy was also a product of DEVO, since boat builders are frequently experts in GRP construction.

While we are on the subject of connection, can you relate the connection of H (Fiat SPA TL37) and 23 (M-B 300 SEL AMG)?  I had identified both vehicles, but couldn't come up with a plausible connection.

If you look for a Bruvo instead of Brova buggy, you will find the connection to DEVO. Still locked.

The connection between H and 23 was just the SPA-Spa similarity.

I'm coming rather late to this party, but I'll try a link between O and 29, the link being Lambretta.

29 is a group of racing Lambretta scooters.

O looks like a variation of the Casalini Sulky, but doesn't seem to match exactly with Casalinis I have found, so I think it could be a Willam, possibly a Willam Bretta 125, which from the limited images I can find, uses those circular door handles.

The Willam versions were sold in France by Lambretta, MH Willam being the head of Lambretta's distribution operation in Paris,

Oh Gerd, you are the master of not only identifying cars, but also unearthing obscure connections!  Even with your clue, I was about to give up, but I managed to keep going, and have discovered the connection.

The connection is: Frits de Vos, an industrial designer.  Frits de Vos, and his friend Bernard de Bruyn, founded Bruvo BV in 1968.  The firm continued until 1972, producing about 300 units.  Then, in 1976, de Vos founded Devo in Hellevoetsluis, where the Jan Haring sailboats were produced.  Hence the connection between the Bruvo Buggy and the Jan Haring sailboat.

You are right with your guess. These racing Lambrettas match with a Willam Bretta which was the four-wheeled version of the Sulky. It is not a Bretta 125 though, but a Bretta GLA with a 49 cc engine.

Spence, I have good news and bad news for you. The good ones first: you found the correct connection. The bad one: this is your sixth correct identification. You have to stop now placing guesses for this puzzle, at least for a while.  :)

Yes, it is a Capella-bodied Hispano-Suiza. The connection is also correct, of course.
