MÁG was a company so no, János Csonka was a very profilic automobile designer prior to the 1st WW, but as this car was built after the 1st WW, so this is not his design

Jeno Fejes?

Jenő Fejes is a good guess as he was active in the 1920s. In 1913 he became chief engineer at the newly set up MÁG company and designed their first chassis. In 1922 he set up his own company to manufacture the Fejes car.
