Gosh!  Thanks for the Lock Pal, but I only know this as the Series 1 street buggy by Fast & Speeds, which AAA Concept Cars (known as the eFun Car by them), RS Machinebouw and Rotor also worked on.  The buggy is electric, and reportedly is dual control, meaning that it can be driven/controlled by either passenger/driver.  Is this the additional information you where looking for?
