Did this company exist prior to 1900?

according to the website which tracks the history of this brand, the company launched its first model in 1900 and was gone by the end of 1902

The only other Parisian firm in my data base that remotely fits the criteria supposedly used only Buchet engines, not De Dion, but I will give it a try.  Renaux from 1901/1902?

Surely not Soncin (they look nothing like the puzzle car, and made their own engines)?

At the moment I have no more possibilities for the exact dates that you mentioned (1900-1902), but I have a couple of possibilities with very similar dates, and who used De Dion engines.  So I will try them, for, as we know, sometime dates vary depending on the source, and I will put the dates I have in parentheses.  First, I will try Empress (1899-1901).
