There is something strange about that car, especially the bonnet and windscreen...
To me it looks like an old car made to look like a veteran car. Maybe a rebodied Austin Seven?

1915/16 Ford Model T Speedster? The uncommon right hand drive indicates that it was likely produced at the Manchester, UK facility.
