This looks like a Seat 1400 by the suddenly-very-popular-on-this-forum Pedro Serra. Definitely 1950's, I'm not sure of the exact year. The 1400A was in production from 1953 to 1955 . . . I'll guess that this is a 1400B, so that would put it between 1956 and 1959.

Always glad to see more cars by Pedro Serra. While perhaps not as well-known in the US as other coachbuilders, Barcelona's Serra did some very nice cars indeed, along with some that are dramatic if not beautiful. Well worth researching.

I believe it's a 1400A from 1955.
Here's a rear view:

Yes, could certainly be a 1400A which would make it between 1953 and 1955 . . . I couldn't find a definitive source for the year of this particular car and the most noticeable external difference between the 1400A and the 1400B appears to be the stock grille, which Serra changed anyway. I thought the overall style of the car looked more mid to late 50s than early 50s . . . But that may have been Serra's intentention!

And again, thanks for featuring this builder . . . The more I researched his work, the more interesting cars I found.
