Locked for Wendax. It is a Rába. But I need the model name for the point.

Yes, this is the electric Rába PE (postal electric). There's some confusion about this, but I am fairly convinced that this is indeed the PE. Electrical equipment was supplied by the Ganz company. More than 30 petrol trucks were converted - and several one-off prototypes were built, which makes research more difficult
