I found this "thing" in the page of a car manufacturer. I really do not know what it can be in theyr mind...I can't see a decent use for it and the one you suggest is the best idea, so far!

This is not the name I have.

A big clue: the logo in front of the car is the same of the one in front of a car featured here before...and I found this one while I was looking for more info about that one...and it was one of pnegyesi's  ;)

Thanks for the clue, it was easy. It is another product of the Emerald company, code named CFFC-1904-1. It is a food vending cart.
"Snack . Soft Drinks .Ice cream Vending cars. Towed to Street corner for service. "
