There's something Teutonic about it, so German?

I have a name and few bits...I believe it is German, but I'm not sure about.
Is there some Nash parts in this car?
I don't think so.

I've just been told that the 'caslte' hint could be wrong...you can use it to track down my source (where there is this wrong info) or just forget about and keep the rest.

Just some more details: the front emblem shows the letters G and Z for Glaubitz and his hometown Zittau. The chassis and engine came from a Wanderer W24, and the car was handbuilt over the period of two years. The body construction is made of wood with handbeaten 1mm sheet panels forming the bodywork.

Thank you. I don't know where I think I read about a Wartburg engine (that was my clue...) because my source reports just what you wrote...
Point awarded to Majeko and moved to solved.
