I think you've found the car, but it's not called that. Morger is the name of the internet site. LOCKED for you to tell me what the car was called.

Yes! You've obviously done a lot of work to solve this one - well done. I can find nothing else on the internet about the car - it's not mentioned on the usual sites.

All I know is that it's a Formula 3 car built around 1947/48 by Hans Berger of Gstaad, who also did coachwork for buses and trucks.
