What is this?
1 point for you!

Is this a mashup of Lincoln and ford?

Paul Jaray

There are parts of several different cars...but not Lincoln.

Buick Riviera front lights........ (ugly s.o.b. though)
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

You're 100% sure?

Paul Jaray

The builder made a list of at least 16 cars giving nearly 30 different parts...in that list there are circa 8 different makers but not Lincoln.
;)

Otto Puzzell

An error of omission on his part.  8)

After spending a couple of hours searching various "ugliest kustoms" threads across the intra-webs, I can't find it.  :o

However, I have plenty of pics to start our very own "Autpuzzles Ugly Kustoms" photo review.   ;D

Like OP, hours on this bloody thing and nothing.

FWIW, my eyes tell me this thing has a 1939 chevrolet grille and hood sides.

Exactly!

Built on a truck chassis?

Paul Jaray

Oddly the chassis' donor is not reported!

If you think the front is ugly...

sixtee5cuda

Trunk lid appears to be from a 1980-1985 Cadillac Seville.  Tail fins probably from 1950's Cadillac.

Tail light panel is '71 AMC Javelin. The "opera" window looks to be from the same Lincoln as the front turn signals. ;)

Tail light panel is '71 72 AMC Javelin.
Sun roof not by Lincoln.

Otto Puzzell

Opera windows are the oval windows on the side, that still have the Lincoln emblem embedded in them.

i don't mean to be pedantic, but that's a '71 Javelin taillight panel on the puzzle car. '72's had an ugly chromed crosshatch grill laid over a red lens, without the raised center section of the '71 ('72 Javelin below):

I bet you are right.
Here's the builder assembler's list:

Pinto windshield?

(FWIW, I think the "builder" didn't build it, or selected his parts from a Junkyard, and guessed on the model years and/or make of the parts)

Spelling wasn't his strong point either...!
