Note for all:
if the makers may have some bugs, my list of models have many of these: years may be inaccurate, model designation may be incorrect and so on...I can't fix them all (I copy from books when available) and sometimes I need them that way for my personal use (I can call the Giulietta Zagato 'Bicolore' -two tones- because I want to recognize it right away without opening the pic, for example).
Always keep in mind that this was a list for personal use and it may be different in many aspects from what you know about  ;)

Yes, no rules now but if you pick a maker already found by others (or by yourself) you'll receive 5, not 50.
(otherwise you or others can go 6018,6019,6020 and it will be boring...now it will be useless too)
Why 5 and not 0? Because I won't make a list of all the makers already out and you can't look back to check them all, so if it happens, you won't be too penalized.

20017: MODEL A 40 HP TOURER 1910
30017: 4 HP GASOLINE VEHICLE 1895

40123 should be Geely from China.

102013 is Wolseley.

Ok, I'll stop to be surprised each time.
But just for information, I have 175 models '8\10hp' and 3 of them are also 3-wheelers (probably more but I did not write it in the model's name)...2 of them are pretty close alphabetically and not too distant for the year.
...oh, I forgot to add: you are right.

Although the year doesn't fit really, my mind is circling around the name Fitch, as John Fitch built tuned Corvair Sprints and Firebird Sprints, but the Firebird appeared first in 1967.

How about a twist in the year? Looking at 1923, it could be an Autocrat:
