Is Dashboard 10 one of the many kit cars made to resemble an MG, but containing few, or no, MG parts, and bearing another name (such as Fiberfab, etc.)?

So the Girl on a Motorcycle was heading for Heidelberg, which stands on the River Neckar.
Dashboard 3 is a Fiat-based Neckar and the vehicle in Girls G is a Fiat-based Siata.
So there is the connection between Dash 3 and Girls G!
I thought of this one on my drive home before I saw  your 'wet part of Heidelberg' clue!
The pair 3 and G is correct, and dashboard 3 is from a Neckar, but the model is still to be found, and the connection isn't correct yet. Regarding my hints I won't lock it.

Dash 10 must be a King Midget?
There we have the Midget connection 10 and A?
The pair 10 and A is correct, too, the midgets / dwarfs being the connection. But still not the right midget.

So is Dashboard 10 an Erad Midget?

Yes, that's the one. Think small!  ;D

Who will be the first to find the right car with "Attila" in its name?

Is Dashboard 7 from a vehicle that might be called a Tuk-Tuk?

I doubt that it features the dashboard in question.  :)

Does it feature on the Internet?
I've trawled hundreds of Google pages but come up with very little other than a ride-on mower and a motor scooter made in Taiwan...

Yes, I have 2 hits for the full model name.  ;)

Two cars of this maker have been puzzles here before.

Maybe we need a bit of help to find the other names constituting the full model name..
Any chance of any clues?!

I guess it won't help, if I told you that depending on the colour of the car it was named Valéry, Barbara, Attila or Agathe?  ;D

BTW, I was wrong that we already had two cars of this maker. The car was subsequently built by another maker, of whom we had two puzzle cars. At that time, our little beauty didn't carry the Attila designation any longer.

But here is a visionary clue about the maker: it was not Pal.

Should we be thinking about colour encoding systems for analogue television?

OK, so if it's not PAL, the main alternatives are NTSC or SECAM.

I'm not sure where that leads, but with slight rearrangement you could get SECMA from Aniche in northern France. Are they the manufacturers?

No need to rearrange the letters.  :)

No pictures, but I've found a company called SECAM, short for Société Anonyme d’Études et de Construction Automobiles et Motocycles, from Chambly in northern France. They made three-wheeled microcars from 1975 to 1978. I haven't managed to associate it with the name Attila yet, but there's mention of the cars being made in several colours, which might fit in with an earlier clue.

Slowly we get there...

This SECAM company initially used the brand name Addax, so for the full answer, it's Girl C, Sophia Loren in the 1954 film "Attila", and Dashboard 7, a 1975 Addax Attila voiturette, with polyester bodywork and a single cylinder 47cc two-stroke engine. And here it is.

That's the same car I found too but just couldn't find any reference to the Attila name (or any of the others mentioned by Wendax) on any site showing this car!

That is the one. Later on, the Addax was built by Vitrex, not unknown here. Your complete answer finishes this puzzle off. Now I can award the points and think about a new group puzzle. Stay tuned!  :)
