LOCKED for you. Yes, it's a Bellasi - my source said it was an F3 car but I think they could take a variety of engines. For the point, what year was it built?

Considering the wheels, you are right: it's for sure a Formula 3, as the 850 had to keep the same wheels as the stock car.
But often those chassis were used for both the categories.
The car, whose name was "Cuneo" (Wedge), was introduced at the 1970 Turin Racing Car Show.

I'll give you that - all my sources say 1969 but it's close enough. It had a rear-mounted radiator to help the wedge profile, but this didn't cool the engine!
