Looks awfully like Scuderia Guastalla's Ferrari 225s

The man is Italo Gregorini and that should be Vignale's Ferrari 225 Export.

I was going to lock it for you, but you've solved it!

I also think it's the Guastalla car - the bonnet opening and radiator are the same, although traditional headlights have been fitted. The car is in the possession of Gregorini at his small garage in Lumezzane in 1960, by which time it was of course just another old racing car. I believe it has been restored to its original Vignale design.
