Bump. It's standing in snow, not marshmallows.

1920 Menley from Stoke-on-Trent, UK.

Ooops, posted to wrong puzzle.  This is a: 1912 four wheel drive test vehicle for the US Army by the Four Wheel Drive Auto Company or FWD (formerly the Badger Four-Wheel Drive Auto Company) of Clintonville, Wisconsin, USA.

Definitely not a Menley!  ;D

My photo source called it a Badger but also said it dated from 1912. So, as you say, it shouldn't be a Badger, but just a FWD. I thought my question would have made puzzlers realise that the car was standing in snow to demonstrate its 4-wd, but nobody asked any questions.
