This is a 1985 Reeves Matrix.
Despite being Mini powered it uses a the registration of a 1957 BSA bike!
It's as much fun to scare as to be scared

Yes! I have to admit I cannot find my original source for this photo, but I remember that this actual vehicle is slightly different from most of the Reeves Matrix machines, so it was thought at one time to be homebuilt. It looks an incredibly dangerous thing to drive with that tiny wheelbase.

(When I selected images for Reeves Matrix all I could get was a man in a long black coat flying sideways through the air  ;D )
