Wow...is this an American Ferrari-inspired Fiberglass-bodied one-off not present in a certain site?

That's exactly what it is, yes, although you don't get a point for it yet!
It's a completely scratch-built car which the builder constructed by making his own buck from photos then hand-layering fiberglass on to it.
There are no Italian mechanical parts in it.
He did a fabulous job; here's a rear view:

The proportions aren't quite right, but it's a creditable effort - I've seen far worse from supposed replica car manufacturers.

That said, I can't find it ........yet.

It isn't meant to be an exact replica, just an evocation.
The builder wasn't happy with the screen so I think he intends to change it.

I've found it. It was built by a guy called Leighton Mangle(s), and is powered by a 350ci engine from a pick-up (the article doesn't state which make but I guess it's a Chevy) and the transmission is Chevy. There is no date for the build. Leighton calls it his "fake Ferrari" and the rear end sure looks like a '57 Testa Rossa, although the front isn't quite "right".

Wow - you have been doing some digging!
According to one of the comments Leighton took the best bits of his favourite Maserati and Ferrari and combined them, so Leighton himself said he used pictures of the Testa Rossa to produce his buck.

Here are some more pictures of the beautifully made car:

It did indeed take some time to find. I don't know how to use GSBI so don't worry! It's only found on one site on the web, so I reckon we've covered everything there is to know about the car. A really well-built special.

Well, you know my policy is generally to used pictures that are available on the 'Net, so they are all findable (if you look in the right place!)
I came to same conclusion that it's a Chevy engine.  Think when the Americans refer to a 302 cu in V8 or a 350 cu in they know straight away that they are referring to a Ford (302) or a Chevy (350) so they don't need to qualify it!

Here's that rear view again, unmodified this time:
