Is this the 1928 Chevrolet Beach Racer that was built in Jacksonville, FL, by Bert Moyer. He utilized a 1928 Chevrolet engine, rear axle, front axle, and brakes. The rest of the running gear is from a 1926 Chevrolet.

That's the car. There is conflicting information on the internet about the details - one source says it was built in 1923, so it must be a time-traveller to have '28 Chevrolet components. Another source claims it has a Ford chassis, whilst another says Essex engine in a Chevrolet frame.

It's your point, because you have identified the car correctly. What was it called?
