Uhm… it appears to be a 1953 prototype of the Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint, designed by Bertone (yet based on some preliminary work by Mario & Gian Paolo Boano and Franco Scaglione). The gentleman next to the car is a test driver, Guido Moroni.
