I think I have found it.  I say "I think" because the reference I found is a 2011 newspaper article with a single picture of a custom truck of a different color, and from a different perspective.  However the owner/builder is quoted in the article as saying that he was going to do additional work, including adding a second rear axle, and the truck shown looks similar enough that I believe it could be the puzzle truck.  Therefore, I will say that the puzzle truck is: A very heavily modified 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche called "The Transformer", built, and owned (at least in 2011), by Remi Ouellette of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Yes, the puzzle vehicle is Remi Ouellette's Transformer.  The white actually calms down the appearance a little, compared to the previous orange.
