Carnut, I think you should clarify the translation made (I guess with automatic translator) from an article of "Clasicos al Volante" that has led to this puzzle. First clarify that Franco Tagliana was Attorney General of ALCA (not FTAA, automatic translators misrepresent the acronyms). More than an industrial was a great publicist and salesman of failed projects. In Spain he tried to take advantage of the need of the fascist Franco's government to develop the automotive industry in the 40s, only Italy and Germany were able to negotiate with that government that was internationally isolated. Given the failure of the project Volpe in Italy , who despite his enormous promotional launch produced only 6 cars, tried to sell the project in Spain but there  not a single unit was built. To increase chances of success in negotiations with the Spanish Government  he brought other outside projects such as the  LINCE of the photo. Negotiations in Spain did not reach any result and ALCA in Italy become bankrupt and Franco Tagliana  was hounded.

Thanks for that.  I don't understand any Spanish at all so had to go by the Google translation.
To be honest the car looks to me like a skilfully doctored photo.  I suspect no actual Lince was ever built, not by Riva or anyone else!

I tried my best to find another one but without success.
I've only found one site that mentions this car, but I'm sure there will be others; Google doesn't even bring up the one site, so it's hard to find anything even with the full answer..

Another image from the same site.  I coudn't find any other reference when searching with Google and Bing, just a notice from the newsaper Il Centro Pescara named "Il maestro di Gian Antonio Stella nell’Italia del boom" (2005/09/11) but it doesn't help to identify the Lince. Maybe our Itlian friends can solve this mystery.
