A Super roadster by the Indian company Russa Engineering Works, Ltd., Kolkata (Calcutta), from 1914.  I don't think it ever went beyond the prototype stage.

My word, that's some sleuthing without any questions, as you can't even find this one by Googling for it with the answer..!
So much for me thinking it's as obscure as they come!
Would you care to check the date though?  It's nowhere near...

I don't know where that 1914 came from, as the date that I have in my notes is "the late 1930's".  I didn't note the address of the web site where I got my information (I did the research back when this puzzle was first posted at the beginning of October), but I think it was a Indian site.

I think the 1914 date comes from when this company made their first car, but I don't have a picture of it.
