It does look remarkably like one I agree, so much so that I thought there must be a connection.
But that's not what it is and the maker makes no mention at all of Ginetta!

By whom - ATS, revived few years ago Automobili Turismo Sport (they moved to Canary Islands this year).
Licence for Leggera was sold to another company.

Yes, OK.
I thought it was possible to say a bit more about who was behind it but it seems not.
It's powered by a 2.2 litre Honda 4-cyl engine and they're only intending to make five.
It's said to be a revival of the old etceterini type of car - small barchetta with very low weight.

This is what they claim:

Gianluca Gregis appears to be behind the seldom-mentioned Siata revival from 2013, as well as the current ATS revival.  In one car forum, his profile used to say:

I'm owner of some new brands: ATS Automobili Turismo Sport S.I.A.T.A. Auto

I haven't found any online information which directly mentions ATS and Siata together.  Perhaps they decided Siata wasn't exotic enough and decided to go with ATS.
