I picked up the photo from an ad in a UK publication but it had very little detail.
I've now found out that most of my replies to you have been wrong.. Sorry.
Replies 4,6,8 and 10 were all off the mark in that it wasn't made in Europe or the UK and it's not a British kit; moreover you were closer to the solution in your question 7, the answer to which should have been "possibly, but I'm not sure".

So, sorry to have misled you and you'll need to start looking in a different direction!

Built in China by PMI Shanghai Company, Pudong, Shanghai and the original model was called RE-1100D.
