It looks as if the base car is a coachwork-modified mix of 1940 and 1942 Buick coupes. Are the ciggies being promoted Camels?

Thanks exekiel for solving this one.  I put in many hours and was still stuck on the Tour de France or Tour de Italia type of vehicles.   Never thought of Uruguay.
I did, however have some photos of bodies by Feuerstein, all trucks, and after your identification I found the Cigarette car photo but no details.

Does anyone know more about this car?  One article mentioned a vehicle for Cigarrillos Sheik but no further information and a Google search turned up nothing.

Bill
Cheers
Bill
