It is similar to the Renault, Delahaye and Latil  Trucks from just before WWII

Well...I think I must apologyze, but I'm afraid my source is wrong.
I had some doubts...but I hoped that a Pro' would have solved them giving the answer I was waiting for.
Now, this answer has not come yet, and so I made some research more getting the convinction that my source is wrong.
The truck is not an FN, and not from Belgium.
I have to lock it again for 58_spider, because my first answer was wrong...the truck is french and from one of the marque he mentioned. Sorry!

According to the site where I found the photo, this truck had been modified from the original which makes identification more difficult.

The best I can offer you is the model H14 A1 B5 which was built from 1948 to 1954.

If that is not correct, please unlock the puzzle and give someone else a chance.

I agree with your identification, so the point is your.   I had this picture in my archive, and I took it from a site I can't find again, where it was said to be a Pegaso-Latil;  but then I found no informations about a partnership between Pegaso and Latil.  Does someone know more?

According to the site where I found the photo, there were two trucks under discussion and the translation from Spanish was not very good.  However, I believe both of the trucks had their original engines replaced and one of them received a Pegaso replacement motor.  This was also discussed I believe as the reason for some of the body modifications.

I do know that replacing older petrol engines with Pegaso diesel engines was quite popular in Spain up into the 1950's.
Barrieros engines were also popular replacement engines.
