Having had a good look around is it a design for a BMW 5-series coupe design for the E12 ,the first 5-series from the early seventies.
Bertone ,who designed it as well as a saloon.

You picked the right one!  Giugiaro had left Bertone for Ghia anyway by 1966..
Bertone BMW 520 Coupé proposal by Marcello Gandini from 1970 it is.
