I thought someone would say that, but if it was by Pininfarina it would be a re-post...
Since the base is fairly obvious (Rover P4 is right of course) I won't lock it for the time being.

So this is the copy of the PF design commissioned by Rover to Mulliner on a P4 90 chassis.
