Who built this, when, on what base and what was its purpose - for 1 point?:

The side windows look similar to an early 1960's Fiat, but the front is very different.
Is it Fiat-related?

Aha!  I think I've found it.
This is a promotional truck commissioned by Martini-Rossi and built by Fissore around 1961.
Martini drove it around to major race venues as a rolling bar!
The truck was built on a Fiat 314 bus chassis.

What a good idea!  It would be better to put a few replicas of this around Goodwood rather than a replica Stonehenge!
