What's this and who built it, for 1 point?:

This was made by the German tuning company CDS.
The same company did a similar *modification* to 5-series models using a contemporary 8-series nose.
They did similar atrocities to helpless Mercedes - grafting SL roadster noses on innocent E-classes!

They did give their creation a name though, which I need for the point.

I haven't been able to find any reference to the name "Tiger" but come to that I haven't been able to find many references to the name I have either...
I'll keep it locked for you to see if you can find the name I have, which isn't "Tiger".
