I have my doubts about the 1965 as the year of build. It has a Jaguar XJS front axle (the XJS appeared in 1975) and MG Midget Mk 3 body parts (the three wipers appeared in 1967). Probably just the Mustang chassis is from 1965.

It was much modified in the UK before being registered there in 2002.
I assumed that's when the Jaguar and MG parts were fitted (amongst others!)
