What's this exactly, by whom, from when - for 1 point?:

You're on the right track but that's not the right answer.
That car has, I believe, been puzzled here before so compare the 2 and then reconsider your answer.

what I already wrote is the correct answer, to me. If the car has ever been called a Nembo, it should be wrong, becasue Bonacini had nothing to do with it.

I don't think you're right.
You're referring to the car pictured below; the puzzle car is not the same one.

You're right with the year as this pre-dates the one pictured above and was made by Neri & Bonacini before Bonacini went off on his own to de Tomaso.
But the name is not exactly as I have it so I'll lock it for you to enlarge on the name a bit.

OK, I'll give you the point for that.
I have it as the Neri & Bonacini Lancia Flavia GT4 from 1966 but we won't nit-pick, and my info may not be accurate anyway; the Internet rarely is...
Anyway it is the first version of this car, the later version with pop-up headlights being much better-known.
Here's a rear view, which differs substantially in detail from the later car, which of course is known as the Studio GT:
