Yes indeed!
Jack Turner's original prototype (pictured below) had a Vauxhall engine but for production it would have a choice of 4-cyl Vauxhall Wyvern, 6-cyl Vauxhall Velox, 1250cc MG or 1767 cc Lea-Francis engine; the car pictured in the leaflet below (the puzzle car) is probably the prototype anyway so that particular car did have the Vauxhall engine.

You didn't give me the date but since it's so easily findable I'll tell you, it was 1951.

Thanks for the point. Yes, I did know the rest - I used the same image for my information as the top one of your two. That prototype has the 4-cylinder Wyvern engine. Jack Turner apparently built 8 of these chassis, and we've had chassis 002 already as a puzzle (which I solved) and that too was Vauxhall powered.
