The coachbuilder is indeed obscure and - according to the magazine where the photo was got - it's called  S.A.I.L.
However, I think it's actually a miswriting of the Turin-based company S.A.I.L.L. (Società Anonima Italiana Lavorazione Lamiera), later renamed Carrozzeria Caprera, and that the car is not a 1100 but a Topolino.

I have it as 1100...
But you may be right cause the car is really short to be a 1100...

??? I was convinced SAIL was a miswriting for SAILL (that was in Turin). Is it a different company?

Ok, I found it on Curami's book, but still I'm convinced that the right name is SAILL with two "L".
