It's a prototype for a revived De Tomaso Pantera and dates back to 2000.
Was it Tom Tjaarda who designed it?

One of the better looking Tjaarda prototypes if you ask me.
Some look in the flesh more like the sketch above…  ::)

The drawings certainly are from Tom Tjaarda, and were done for Autocar, the British magazine, in the mid-90s, not for De Tomaso, the brand.

On the other part, the model was a design by Marcello Gandini, not at all a Tom Tjaarda design!

Thanks for that and I've amended the title.
Although the drawings and the model differed substantially I figured they were the work of the same designer as the general profile and shape were so very similar.  Clearly not!
