It is a custom anglia sold in ebay, the advert said 1963 FORD ANGLIA 105e 2.8 injection special. Its description was this:

The car was built in the late 80s the body kit is all steel hand made. Bumpers are Ford RS Turbo,rear spoiler is 911type. The wheels are 8"x15" Revo's with new tyres.  Capri 2.8 injection engine, 5 speed box, Billys with vented discs, and lsd diff. two front seats are fiesta RS Turbo rear not fitted. Painted in Ford Frozen White T
