Found the picture on eBay when I was looking for Siata parts
It says it is a painting of a 1953 Siata redesign 1958 by William Moore

I wonder if he is related to that Audrey Moore Hodges mentioned by AlexFrance?  Apparently he worked for GM Design in Reno, Nevada.
