I have found informaton about this car is an austin healey frogeye sprite MKI from 1958.  During 60s It was modified in Australia with a custom fibreglass hard top and custom fiberglass bonett, both  manufactured by JWF Fibreglass. As builder of JWF Milano body shell the custom bonnet tryed to remind the Milano. Its original engine was changed for a Morris Minor 1000 OHV engine. Sorry but I have not found any specific name for the car in my source.
