What's this, what powers it and when does it date from - for 1 point?

it was ready to be powered by CNG, LPG, methanol and diesel

That's it, yes (though I had its date as 1982).

i didn't knew this one also but i am looking for a new puzzles in old magazines and I found exact same photo with some description
there is not so many info about that on the net

That's right, surprisingly for a Ford it seems to be hardly known and hadn't featured on AP before!
