Perhaps a TMC (Thompson Manufacturing Co. - Peter Thompson), one of 26 Costin-designed Lotus Seven lookalikes?

I don't deny it!
At my age I do need a little help to get a good night's sleep - forget cocoa, Ovaltine, sleeping pills and all that - a few drams of the hard stuff or a good bottle of red wine works wonders!

You've been up in the loft again looking through your old magazines haven't you?!
He actually used a Morris Minor donor car and there were some Wolseley bits in it as well as those you have mentioned.
