Quite so.
I'd been trying to find out when they made it but couldn't get anything definitive; I'd decided it must be some time in the 1980s..
Confusingly, they used the same name again for a Prowler-like concept a few years ago.

Here's a picture of this car under construction; a Bollinger proposal drawing of the same model has been puzzled here before, but not the actual mock up made:

When Carnut found his puzzle pic, he PM'd me about whether it was a duplicate. We agreed it was not. My puzzle was Steve Bollinger's drawing of a mid-engine car that was never built. ; Carnut's puzzle was a prototype that was built of a front engine, front wheel drive car that only shared some of the elements of the original sketch.
